   Neutrons : With protons , make up the nuclei of all atoms . They have no charge ( are neutral ) and were discovered by James Chadwick

-Shells :
Electrons : Are negatively charged , are part of atoms , and were discovered by Joseph John Thomson ( J.J Thomson )
